GiGi angelic form narrates the Marketown neighborhood adventures with focus on 16 year old GiGi Crenshaw (human form) and her BFF Keisha, 16; as they mature from “street watching” adventures of other struggling residents – largely due to false self esteem on Social Media and counted on as only hope to uplift community spirits – directly with assistance by superhero Street, a young handsome “life fire” fighter in situational comedy format.
Zion International Ministries Inc., operating as Inner City Student Athletes, is a 501(c)(3) religious organization with a social media presence under the branding ZIM Church Youth Ministry Trinity. This youth ministry has expanded to serve over 150 individuals aged 5-16 within Columbus, Ohio’s inner-city neighborhoods, expansion into Georgia and California by Educational Advancement tool MY POCKET SCHOOL and “MENTORING WITH SCHOOLS” program Mentorship and Coaching services. Activities include film media and Performance Arts production participation, Active Year Round Fitness Participation contributing to community revitalization since July 2019, sparking growth to serve over 500 K-12 youth athletes across the USA within our Youth Ministry INNER CITY STUDENT ATHLETES INITIATIVE (ICSA) engagement since the COVID-19 pandemic period of 2020-23.
In March 2020, at the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic period, our Youth Ministry had to reimagine how to best engage with the “at risk” youth we serve while they were out of in-person schooling. Many of these youth did not have access to WiFi for distance learning, so our program created a Comic Book project, that over the course of three years transitioned into a full Cartoon Animated Series. Many of the kids had so much fun creating the character cast of thirteen Street Just’Us Cartoon characters and development of Storylines relatable to their peer groups in Ohio inner city neighborhoods that they engaged into Promotional Videos for our YouTube channel. Now, in 2025 the Cartoon project is complete on creative side for TV Network Development; pitch process with Entertainment Attorney is underway for a 2025 TV Network or Streaming Service Development Contract Deal. This Cartoon is made for the kids – by the kids!
These youth have been actively involved in branding, advertising, and promotional activities for the past five years, witnessing the project’s development and recognizing the potential for their own aspirations. They have contributed to promotional video production and participate in ongoing discussions regarding episode storylines, fostering writing, speaking, advertising, and promotional skills.
This cartoon series serves as a source of inspiration and motivation for Columbus, Ohio, inner-city youth residing in high-risk neighborhoods characterized by drug activity, crime, and gang involvement.
“Street Just’Us”, also known as “Tha Crenshaws”, animated series has garnered over 1M views across the youth ministry’s YouTube channels and various social media platforms, including Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest and X, as of August 1, 2025. Upon securing a television network development contract, all K-8 youth enrolled in mentorship and coaching services will be incorporated as background characters within the televised animated series, contributing to future success vision of their individual career choice.
